A Taste of Peanut Heaven

I grew up having peanut butter on every pandesal I had since I was little. Hot pandesal na lalagyan mo ng peanut butter and, well, Anchor butter para creamier yung peg. It’s definitely one of the tastes of Heaven!

My sister, my nephew and I went to SM Mall of Asia one Saturday afternoon. Given that I always enjoy the company of my loved ones, kapag makakasama mo ang sister ko sa malling, ihanda mo na yang mga tuhod at paa mo. Grabe, mapapagod ka talaga kakalakad kasi halos lahat yata ng boutique eh gustong puntahan bago bilhin kung ano man ang bibilhin niya. So while we were wandering, napansin ko itong Gourmet Fair inside the mall. To make my malling worthwhile, I told my sister na doon ko na lang sila hihintayin.

I always enjoy visiting such activities kasi rito naha-highlight yung mga food products na gawang Filipino! This makes you realize na sobrang yaman ng ating bansa sa mga quality food products. Among the different gourmet choices, one particular product caught my attention.

Jacob’s Peanut Praline Butter is the brainchild of the couple Jefferson and Nathalie of Nathson Food Products. I invite you to visit their Facebook Fan Page.

What made me interested in their products was that they offered a spicy version of their peanut praline butter. And I just love anything spicy!

I knew how spicy chocolates tasted like but a spicy peanut praline butter? This was definitely a must-try!

Jefferson invited me to taste-test the two variants of their peanut praline butter. He was proud to tell me that the ingredients they use were all-natural. That was PLUS points right there!

Nathalie also shared with me that they made their products from scratch, yung tipong sila mismo ang dumudurog ng mga peanuts. Talk about product of Love, right?

This is one way you can enjoy Jacob’s Peanut Praline Butter. Visit their Facebook Fan Page for more tips!

I tasted the two peanut pralines butter variants.  Yup, I was right! It was a taste of Heaven!

The first flavor (the regular one) had this perfect combination of sweet and salty taste in it. I don’t know how else I would describe it pero in short, hindi nakakasawa yung lasa.

Now, the spicy flavor. Honestly, at first I was worried that I might not like the taste of spicy in a peanut butter base. Kaya nung nag-taste testing ako, dinamihan ko yung kuha ko. 🙂

And you know what? It didn’t disappoint! Ang saraaap!

I got very excited about these peanut butter pralines and told the couple that I wanted to feature their products in my Blog. So I introduced myself and shared with them my Blog site. The whole country needs to know about Jacob’s Peanut Praline Butter!

Also, Jefferson and Nathalie also made their packaging ready for the Holiday Season. These are perfect gifts for your family and friends!
